Using dates in searches and filters
You can use the advanced filter capability to narrow your searches or filters to certain date ranges.
Attensa is using the fielded index:  publishedDate (make sure that you uppercase the D in date) for date and time searches and filters.

You can use this field in different ways:

  • If I want to find all articles from 2 days until now I can set the following filter: publishedDate:[now-2d TO *]
  • If you want to find all articles from a year ago until now you can use:
    publishedDate:[now-1y TO *]
  • I can also use this to find all information for 2 days from a week ago
    publishedDate:[now-7d TO now-5d]
  • I also can use specific data ranges. For example I want find all articles between midnight 30th in December 2015 and now:
    publishedDate:[2015-12-29T23:59:59.999Z TO *]
  • Or I want to find all articles between 12/20/2015 and 12/25/2015:
    publishedDate:[2015-12-19T23:59:59.999Z TO 2015-12-25T23:59:59.999Z]

The [] indicate inclusive  the {} indicate exclusive
